All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and provide accurate billing and shipping information. Order confirmations are sent via email once payment is authorized.

Charges will appear as ReliablePetCareEmporiu on your statement.

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed. Your card information is encrypted and processed through a secure payment gateway. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

A flat shipping rate of $7.95 applies to every order via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. We ship to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia only. P.O. box and military address deliveries are subject to USPS transit times.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is received. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened items—including but not limited to treats, supplements, and grooming products—may not be eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original Visa or Mastercard within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges of $7.95 are non-refundable.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
